Choose between Prefinished and Unfinished Floors. Unfinished is also known as Site Finished Floors; Floors are sanded and coated on site.

Oak is the most popular of all wood floors, this being the case, other woods
are compared to Oak. There are dozens of different species to choose from.

When choosing Oak and a few other species... Stain may be an option.
Where as for most other species, the Natural color is most desirable.

Stairs and Rails are normally finished like the Floors.
Moldings and other Decorative Trim work really finish the job.
